Pricing Information
The clinic is limited to the first 140 attendees.
1 price for the weekends clinic, $125. Each registration comes with a welcome packet, clinic admission, breakfast snacks, parking for both days and an invitation to the social with attendees and speakers. Social inivitation includes pizza and wings at Oscar's Bar and Grill (beverages not included in price) and tickets for the clinic social raffle prizes. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!
**Each Attendee must fill out an on-line registration form.**
If you are a head coach/administrator paying for multiple attendees, you may do so through paypal or by mail. If using paypal, please list each of the attendees in the text box provided.**
Registration closes April 17th, 2016
Clinic fee is $125 per attendee, each attendee must fill out the on-line registration form.
The website will be updated April 18th, 2016. If there are spaces available, late registration will be taken via email (coacherik@heartlandaquatics.org) on a first come, first serve basis.
A $10 late fee will be assessed for all registrations after April 17th. Payment will be taken at the time of check-in on Saturday April 30th. Registrations WILL NOT be taken at the door.

Failure to fill out a registration form for each attendee will result in their registration not being processed.
Payment instructions:
-Use the paypal link at the end of the online registration form.
-If you are paying for multiple staff members, follow each name with a comma (including yourself).
-Before checking out, make sure the total number of coaches equals the total number of names entered.
